Start to finish nothing but praise for professionalism , courteous and quality of their work. Receptionist, nurse, and Rebecca Williamson were all excellent. I was made to feel that my health was the goal, procedures were explained, options discussed and needed service was scheduled. A+ rating!

I was in within 10 minutes to see Dr. Scott including check-in time. The doctor and nurse were both very friendly, as was the receptionist. I felt like Dr. Scott was actively listening to me and discussed several options for my care, including proactive treatment instead of trying to “push” any one option right away.

Sarah Oliver is a nurse practitioner in spinal surgery and she is the best doctor I have seen in this area . Not only did I get answers I got respectful care with an amazing bedside manner . She explained everything in detail in a way I could understand. Thank you Sarah for taking the time to listen and Being an amazing doctor And making me feel heard .

It was our first time meeting but he seemed genuinely concerned, patient, and understanding. We had a small mixup with a prescription order but can't say enough good things about my visit as I was leaving.

Dr. Scott is a good doctor. Very nice and kind. I just wondered if there wasn't something more that could have been done for me other than going with pain management and I'm just stuck. A fusion was mentioned, but my neck would be left immobile. What about artificial discs? Are they not an option around here? If not, why not refer me elsewhere? If I'm not a candidate, shouldn't that topic have been discussed as well? I'd like to get better, pain management only masks pain, it doesn't solve the problem. I would recommend Dr. Scott as a surgeon, he's done great things for people I care about. I can't help but wonder if there's more out there that can be done for me.

Dr Sarah Oliver: Her personality really made me feel like I was in good hands, that she will help me achieve my goal of figuring out what's going on with my back and hip so I can have better quality of life. Very nice woman and I felt confident in what she was telling me because I will finally get some answers and then we will figure out how to fix the problem. Would definetly recommend her.
